SMB Tomorrow Consulting Services is a bookkeeping and cloud integration firm that supports small businesses’ growth and its competitiveness for TOMORROW by providing excellent back-office accounting services and automating back-office accounting operations in a constantly changing business environment. The services include bookkeeping, payroll, accounting systems cloud integrations, business advisory and training. 


About the opportunity

As business grows, our office will be moving to North Sydney and now seeking a new full time on-site client service manager who acts as a primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring client satisfaction, managing projects and fostering long-term relation. The role also manages accounting service team members (onsite and remote) to ensure timely and quality service delivered. 


The duties and responsibilities of the job includes, but not limited to:

· Building and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations

· Overseeing client projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

· Acting as a primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, and addressing concerns. 

· Identifying and resolving client issues and complaints. 

· Identifying opportunities to expand client relationships and generate new business.

· Manage and supervise accounting service team members to ensure the service levels are met.

· Tracking client satisfaction and team performance, identifying areas of improvements. 


Desired Requirements:

· Have 5+ years of client service management experiences, ideally from an accounting/bookkeeping firm. 

· Skilled in Xero and QuickBooks online is bonus.

· Strong organisation, analytical skills and attention to details.

· Ability to work to time constraints and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. 

· A learning mindset and striving to take ownership of the given tasks.

· Accounting Apps integration experience is a bonus. 

· HubSpot CRM experiences is a bonus.
